Bella Glover

Founder and Director of beingwell Bella has combined her expertise in Psychology and Mindfulness Training to create an environment where people learn new strategies to manage and enhance their wellbeing. Bella’s focus is on building strengths and providing psychological approaches to the mind that give us tools to change the way our brain works, boost self esteem and increase resilience.

Bella completed her Teacher training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) in 2012 in the UK. Now living in Switzerland Bella teaches in house and external Mindfulness Based training programmes for corporations, with emphasis on mental health promotion. Bella has studied an MSc in Psychology and an MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She runs her own private CBT psychotherapy practise in Zürich for individuals suffering with depression or anxiety disorders.

Charlotte Dennis
A senior marketer and sales director, with an enviable catalogue of cultural powerhouse brands under her belt: Coca-Cola, Walt Disney & most recently a 13 year term at Nike UK, working across business and brand holding a variety of roles: Retail Brand Director, E-Commerce Sales Director, Sales Director for Women’s and Running. Charlotte has been fortunate enough to have been a key player on campaigns such as Nike’s London 2012 Olympic campaign, driving the women’s and running business for Nike into double digit growth, managing the marketing for Nike’s retail estate, including the global flagship ‘Nike Town’, and has created campaigns for some of the largest sports marketing assets on the planet: Manchester United, Arsenal, Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, to name but a few.

Now working as a consultant, teaching at the University of Hertfordshire and the Chartered Institute of Marketing  and studying for an MBA, Charlotte brings a highly strategic and creative approach to the way in which culture informs business and brand development.
